By downloading or using Menufy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Menufy is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of restaurant menus, translate dish names, and help users build orders. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy of translations or dish descriptions.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the service
- Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
4. In-App Purchases
Menufy offers one-time scan pack purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Scans purchased never expire and are tied to your account. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective terms.
5. Advertising
Menufy may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. On iOS, personalized advertising is only shown with your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may opt out at any time in your device settings.
6. AI-Generated Content
Translations and dish descriptions are generated by AI and may contain errors. Menufy is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content, including dietary choices or allergen information. Always verify critical information directly with restaurant staff.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within Menufy are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menufy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
